    Bagan tours

  • Hello Min Man,
we heard from your travel agency via lonelyplanet and other bulletin boards. Let us introduce shortly.

We are two germans (56 / 58) and we would like to travel to Myanmar in 2016. We made in 2015 a Trip to Vietnam about 4 Weeks and were fascinated of land and people. Our tour guide in Hanoi recommended us to travel to Myanmar and so here we are.

We would like to travel in November 2016 – 2 or 3 weeks. It depends on Hotel Availability and flight offerings. In Vietnam we had tour guides who accompanied us from the north, to central and south vietnam. Perhaps also possible in Myanmar, we don’t know this. The Viet nam offered it as a private tour. But we are also interested traveling with a small group up to 6 tourists.

Wenn Sie Deutsch sprechen wäre das natürlich noch einfacher but english is no problem.

What destinations do you recommend for us. It should be a guided tour.

Our preferences are getting a genuine view on social behavior, culture, personality, genuinely is a must for us. We are interested to visit a country to get as much as possible typical experience. We prefer to arrange the journey with local guides because we had good experience with this.

Please give us some information and perhaps a first hint of an interesting journey in your country. We need some more specific Information about typical destinations. I’m just reading a tour guide from Brigitte Blume but i suppose your experience is much more valuable.

Thank you very much for your support.

    Kind regards
    Peter and Irene Heiler

We are terribly sorry, so naive and regret to learn that some clients and friends of friends had written their comments at our site in order to contact us instead of using Email. The system was not working as all your comments did not reach at us at the end. We would like to apologize you for these missing messages and we are ready to be at your services at any time in the future whenever there is a chance again. Thanking you.

What destinations do you recommend for us. It should be a guided tour 10 up to 14 days with an additional stay at a nice beach location until our departure flight back to Frankfurt, Germany.

Our preferences are getting a genuine view on social behavior, culture, personality, genuinely is a must for us. We are interested to visit a country to get as much as possible typical experience. We prefer to arrange the journey with local guides because we had good experience with this.

Please give us some information and perhaps a proposal with a tour plan and cost. I think international flight, visa will be excluded.
What do you advise us, booking a flight to Yangon or Bangkok.

Thank you very much for your support. We will be waiting for your offer.

    Kind regards
    Peter and Irene Heiler

    Dear Myanmar Frangipani tours team,

We are looking to travel to Myanmar for 2 weeks in November 2016 (from the 13th morning to the 27th).

We would want to discover the cultural & natural highlights of the country notably Bagan, Mandalay, Inle Lake & Ngapaladi. We have interest in broad activities like visiting temples, light sport activity or seeing wildlife.

Would you have anything meeting our interest?

    Many thanks & kind regards,
    Nicolas Mansali

    Hello Min Min,
Our friend Jenny Kerr from Singapore who used to travel in Myanmar with you a few years ago has passed your name to me.

She has recommended your services for trips to Myanmar.

We are a group of four adults in Singapore and would like to travel to see the delights of Myanmar around early January 2017.

We would like to include Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan, Inle – but suggestions from you who knows MUCH more than us would be most welcome.

Our travel dates are flexible, and we prefer local accommodation rather than big posh 5 star western hotels.

I hope that you can help us and I look forward to hearing from you,

    Best Wishes,

    John

  • Claudia Schleithoff says:

    Hello,
I am Claudia Schleithoff (54) from Germany and I got your contact from Mr Michael Runge from Freiburg.
I would like to go to Myanmar with my boyfriend (55) from 30th October until 19th November 2016. We both are quite sporty and like being outside in the nature.
We are planning our trip right now and already thought about 2 tours.
Therefore, I’d like to ask you which one would be possible to book and what it will cost.
We would like to go to the north.
Tour Nr.1: I heard that it’s possible to take the boat from Bahmo to Mandalay with sightseeing stops which takes a few days. Or is there another option to see the north? Afterwards, we’d like to see the “typical” places: Bagan, Inle Lake and at the end of the trip 3-4 days at the beach (Ngpali).
Tour Nr.2: Yangon, Mandalay (Kyaktiyo?) .. then Mandalay to Bagan by boat. Afterwards Kalaw (maybe a trekking tour for 1 day or even the whole walk to Inle Lake) and at the end again some days at the beach (by plane).

These are the things we’d really like to see but we are open minded for new suggestions concerning other places in between.
If possible, we would like to have a mix of traveling by ourselves and having a guide for some things.

I would be pleased if you could arrange something for us.

Kind regards from Germany, Claudia Schleithoff
